i was so excited yesterday when i brought a roll of film into wal mart because they said they could put it on a cd for me. so i have been on this stupid computer for an HOUR trying to get these dumb pictures on my blog. the thing is, most of the pictures on the cd are either upside down or sideways, and i CAN'T FIX THEM!! i admit it...i am not a computer genius after all. i posted a few anyway, but had to quit trying to turn the others around before i started to yank my hair out in frustration. ah well.
well, the U2 concert on monday night was fabulous, as expected. the opening band sucked, but whatever. it felt quite surreal to be sitting there with bono singing his lungs out in the SAME ROOM as me (granted, it was a very large room). very cool. monday was also the first day of my new job. its going fine...one thing that i'm bummed about is working evenings and weekends. for example, tonight i work until 9:30, then tomorrow morning i'm up for a morning shift. i did the closing shift on tuesday as well, and came home feeling extremely depressed because i didn't understand all of the closing procedures i'm supposed to do, and also because josh was already asleep, so i didn't get to tell him every little thing and have him empathize with me. i cried a bit. i suppose we've been spoiled for the 10 months we've been married. i've always been home when he gets home from work, and we see each other every day. so this will be difficult to get used to. still, i'm grateful that i am working.
the newest, biggest news for us is that we're moving!! we weren't even looking for a new place, but an opportunity arose that we just couldn't resist. we will be moving on may 1st into a new 3 bedroom home in a very quiet area of ramona. there is a pond with boats right down the hill from our house (providing a lovely view from our window, i might add), a nice big patio out front, and a kitchen that is about a million times larger than the one we have now! okay, so maybe i'm exaggerating a bit, but our current kitchen can hold no more than 2 people at a time. josh and i finalized everything with our new landlords last night, and we are both SO EXCITED!! this also means that it will be easier to have friends and family visit and stay at our house, since we'll have the extra rooms.
well, that's all the news for now. i need to get out and take a walk before getting ready for work...

Hello Heidi!
Well i feel i should help you out with this outragoues problem with the pics. It is acutally quite simple. First of all you should have a paint program on the compu. So go to Paint (start, program accessories, paint) Then click to open pic. If it is on a cd you will need to go to the cd drive. There you can pick whichever pic you need to angle right. Then after it loads on paint go to the tool bar and click image then first one flip rotate. There it will ask what angle and such, there you go! then push ok and save it and it will be saved the right side up! oh and i just remembered something. You have a new compu! so you may be able to just click on the pic after going on the cd in whatever program it has, then u can scroll thru them rite? Well on the bottom there is a tool bar for each pic...one of the buttons rotates the pic for you and saves it that way! hahah that is a lot easier and i hope that makes sense. Well sis i hope you figure it out! good luck! oh and congrats on the job!!! in 3 weeks we will be there!!!! byes! miss you!
love your lil sis
Cherie
