Hey! I think you are drinking the coconut "water", which is disgusting! Did they teach you how to get coconut "milk"? You actually have to squeeze the coconut meat scraped out from the insite to get to the milk, and it is yummy!
yeah, i guess we just drank the water. it was okay...kind of sweet and bitter at the same time. we ate the meat, but never squeezed the meat out. we actually left it out, hoping it would dry out and taste like the coconut we're used to, but it just got all gross!
