"You will never really enjoy other people, you will never have stable emotions, you will never lead a life of godly contentment, you will never conquer jealousy and love others as you should until you thank God for making you the way He did." -James Hufstetler
...what do you think?

I don't know. Part of being content is accepting who you are and who you arent. I thank God for my talents but still long to improve my imperfections. hmmmm.
I think this is probably true - with gifts and limitations. The mystery to me is HOW does one come to this acceptance? And another question I have is, how does contentment, etc., relate to accepting GOD for who HE is - who he says He is? I imagine they are closely linked
It probably is true and it probably does work that way but you'll also probably have to work your whole life just to find out. I'm glad I am the way I am most of the time but there are always much to improve upon.
