warm things. my great grandma (my dad's grandma klaassen) made this afghan for me when i was a baby. on chilly mornings i get all wrapped up in it. the blue scarf is amazingly soft. i'm sure i'll be using it today when i go into town. josh has fond memories of this very scarf accidentally hitting him in the face when i'd toss it over my shoulder on our walks in england. and that is my turkana basket that i brought home from kenya (it used to be my hope chest)
