this post must be super quick as my husband will be home at ANY MINUTE and i do think that he has worries of me wandering off to blog land, to never be found again. he says i'm MIA when i'm reading or writing blogs, so i try to do it only when he's not around, which isn't very often, hence the need to spend 2 hours at a time just to get updated on everyone else's life. sheesh! life is rough. altho i can't complain too loudly about anything he says since he just bought me flowers for no reason a couple of days ago. they are beautiful and make me think of little explosions of spring. :) flowers for no reason are the best kind of flowers.
of course, i'm not all aching for spring like the folks up north, since it's kind of been here for the past few weeks anyhow. actually, i think that spring got skipped and summer came a little early. it's 27 degrees celcius right now, and the ac is one. i'm going to wait until it cools down before i water all of our outdoor flowers. wore my new pair of flip flops yesterday and felt very self concious about my toes the entire time. this was partly due to the fact that i had raging pms, (which always seems to make me self concious about every little thing) but also because my toes look quite hidious at the moment. this shall soon be cured. tomorrow, for our valentines date, josh and i are going to get spa pedicures...TOGETHER! now, is that romantic or what? a few of josh's friends have already made fun of him for actually wanting to get pampered. i just think they're secretly jealous that josh is man enough to allow himself the pleasure of getting a pedicure without worrying that it's girly. i'll be certain to bring the camera.
not much else is new here...more links! i've actually edited my links list and took off the blogs that haven't been updated in forever. still, my list seems kinda long. rose & nicci are the 2 newest members of blogger. i know them both from my valley christian school highschool days. seems that nicci and i shared a few more boyfriends back then than i care to admit (thanks to darla and leah for bringing this up) rose and i didn't share any boyfriends. wise rose.

Jim would kill me for this post but oh well. He too, has had a pedicure and he loved it. I must admit he said he felt a little weird until the lady began rubbing his feet, then it was all heaven to him. So tell Josh to enjoy.......... We'll see you Wednesday night. And thanks for the wonderful post on my blog.
TRISH! i can't believe i forgot to mention your added link to my list. so, AHEM everyone, trish is a fellow ramonian who has just recently joined our church cell group along with her husband jim. trish and jim are probably the happiest they have EVER been in their lives before and if you want to find out the reason, you'll have to click on her link!
Pedicures! That is awesome. The only time I got James to go and get a pedicure with me was on our honeymoon but we had fun! You are going to have a great time, Happy Valentines Day!
Heidi, although most men will never admit it, and think it's too girly, about 99% of them love pedicures. I enjoyed giving pedi's to men because they always left with a sureal look and smile on thier face's. I hope Josh enjoyed his pedi and you two had a wonderful V-day!
That's great!!! -- most men need a pedicure anyways. There's this great Vinyl Cafe story about Dave getting a pedicure because Morley says that she likes Harrison Fords - pedicured - toes. Did he get them painted clear?
