no rest for those who sleep in

so, i allowed myself to sleep in until 7 this morning and was rewarded with vivid and slightly disturbing dreams. one was that i went to scotland to see how my folks were doing and found my sister completely drunk out of her mind and my dad attempting to dance a jig with me (both of these things would never happen in real life, by the way.) my next dream involved nicci, rose and leah driving down to visit me in a very old teal colored car. they came in, said hi, and drove off to "see the sights" without me. they did, however feel it necessary to drive by my house every hour or so, waving madly, and then drive off again. needless to say, i felt very left out.

it's supposed to rain again this weekend, which we are very thankful for. our pond is getting bigger and bigger and we're hoping to be able to swim in it again this summer! the snow level came down quite a bit last weekend (i had some snow mixed with rain hit my windshield in ramona one evening!) and now the higher hills (i guess you could call them mountains) surrounding us have a lovely dusting of powdered sugar on them. feels like home.

Those are some nutty dreams, I think it is something in the air because I had some weird dreams last night too.

The funniest image from your dreams to me is your dad trying to do a jig. It cracks me up.
