...but i sure LOVE the way they feel! that's right, i got my first maternity clothes yesterday. my mom in law took me shopping and bought me 2 new outfits. the best part is that the pants have adjustable ties so that i can wear them now without having them fall off. i am SO happy to chuck my old work pants that pinch my tummy into the back of my closet. ahhh! expandible comfort. the other thing i'm really excited about right now is that it seems my nausea has magically disappeared just as i'd hoped! i've not felt queasy for about one week now and, though my energy level is still quite low, i can actually open my eyes when josh kisses me goodbye at 6am. the only thing still bugging me is my stupid siatic nerve. it only starts to pinch when i'm at work, which is wonderful because then i get to limp around like a complete arse in front of a bunch of strangers.
i had a regular customer ask me yesterday if i was expecting. i looked at him cynically and said, "who told you?" he claimed that no one told him, he only guessed because my face looked "different". i chose to interpret the word "different" as "glowing" instead of "chubby".
i have a ton of pictures from this past weekend that i'd like to post, but they will have to wait as i will be late for work if i don't finish this up. they will be posted shortly, i promise.

it's great getting into comfortable clothes again isn't it, I'm just about on the second button in my adjustable waist trousers then i have another two buttons left to fill!
giggles...about the part where you chose to interpret 'different' to 'glowing'...love your positive outlook...good work!
Heidi,
So glad you posted a comment after viewing my site! Congratulations on your soon-to-arrive! My sister's due about two weeks after you, with her third.

There are so many cool places to get maternity clothes from now. Those banded pants are the best.
